Job summary

United Infrastructure Power Transmission & Distribution (Power T&D) is hiring a Proposals / Bid Coordinator to join our Warrington office full time. You will support bid and tender submissions across our portfolio and help produce professional, compelling proposals that win new work.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, bids or tenders.
• Experience supporting client-facing documentation or presentations.
• Experience working in a professional business environment.
• Strong organisational, coordination and multi-tasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, including proofreading and document quality.
• Confident working with colleagues across multiple business functions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate bid kick-off meetings and internal reviews.

• Manage proposal resource allocation and inputs from across the business.
• Organise and maintain bid documentation and proposal files.
• Support the submission of proposals to agreed deadlines.
• Develop and maintain a library of proposal content for efficient reuse and consistency.

United Infrastructure Power Transmission & Distribution (Power T&D) has an exciting opportunity for a Proposals / Bid Coordinator to join our growing team based full time in our offices Warrington.

This is a key role supporting the development of high-quality bids and tenders across our Power T&D portfolio, working closely with stakeholders across the business to help secure new work.

You’ll be involved in the full bid lifecycle – from receipt of client information through to contract award – supporting the production of professional, compelling submissions that help us continue our impressive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordination of bid and tender submissions
