NORR is seeking a Proposal and Marketing Specialist to support growth across Education, Residential, and Commercial sectors by coordinating proposals and developing compelling marketing content. You will work closely with Principals, Business Development professionals, and technical teams to showcase our capabilities and strengthen our brand.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with proposal coordination and marketing content development.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, development and submission of proposals.
• Develop narrative, graphics, project experience and technical content from teams and sub-consultants.
• Format, edit and proofread content for consistency and completeness.
• Communicate with participants to track tasks against the schedule.
• Produce presentations, marketing assets, award submissions and BD content.
• Maintain proposal resources and digital assets ensuring brand consistency.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to support business development in a fast-paced environment.
