Job summary

NORR Architects Engineers Planners is seeking a Proposal and Marketing Specialist to support growth across Education, Residential and Commercial sectors. You will work with Principals, BD professionals and technical teams to coordinate proposals and generate compelling content that showcases NORR's capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or business development support.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), or Professional Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, development, and submission of proposals, in accordance with specified requirements
• Coordinate the development of narrative, graphics, project experience, resumes, and technical information and other necessary content from both internal teams and sub-consultants as applicable.
• Format, edit and proofread proposal content for consistency, accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with proposal participants to track tasks against the schedule
• Produce presentations, marketing assets, award submissions, and other business development content.
• Maintain proposal resources, marketing content, and digital assets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support business development initiatives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
