Your Role

The Strategic Bids Team plays a crucial role in positioning the company to win profitable business and drive growth. This team manages work-winning activities from initial capture to final conversion in the WSP Winning Work lifecycle.

Our team is recognized for excellence and innovation. As a Proposal Manager, you will work closely with UK disciplines to develop tailored solutions, lead bid management, produce high-quality content, and ensure bid governance and review processes are followed. You will collaborate with technical and project leaders, liaise with clients and partners, and develop compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant subject or demonstrable relevant experience
• Commitment to achieving APMP Foundation certification at minimum

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Robust project management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Experience

• Experience in engineering and construction bidding roles
• Proven success in winning bids
• Understanding of public sector procurement
• Experience in producing tenders in relevant markets
