Blue Legal are partnering with a dynamic international law firm who are recruiting for a Pursuit and Proposal Manager to join their London office. The role involves supporting across the full range of the firm’s practice and industry groups, to drive the firm’s business development efforts through pitching and proposals.

The Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver end-to-end RFP opportunities, ensuring adherence to firm best practices.
• Develop winning strategies and draft persuasive key sales messages to highlight the firm’s unique offerings.
• Coordinate and manage contributions from multiple stakeholders for seamless proposal development.
• Draft, edit, format, and produce tailored RFP response documents, including original content like executive summaries.
• Support partners in client presentation preparation and track all proposals within the firm’s CRM system
• Oversee junior staff line-management and maintain proposal content libraries and related reporting.

The Candidate:

• Experience working within the legal sector would be ideal.
• Ability to work with Partners and a range of stakeholders across different departments.
