CPM Acquisition Corp. is seeking a Proposal Engineer I to support the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for prospective projects. You will work with Commercial and Technical Leads to gather information and develop proposals aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.

You will help manage templates, pricing data, and documentation while collaborating with sales, engineering, and procurement to drive winning bids and improve proposal processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude to interpret complex technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; SAP and Salesforce a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer RFPs and technical specifications to understand project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and procurement to gather information for proposal development.
• Edit proposal content for clarity, compliance, and alignment with customer needs.
• Maintain proposal templates, pricing databases, and related documentation.
• Support proposal review meetings and internal Contract Scorecard Reviews.
• Track and report proposal status to facilitate continuous improvement.
