Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or General Engineering
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to interpret technical information
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and identify key proposal requirements
• Prepare clear, accurate, and costed technical and commercial proposals
• Work with sales, engineering, and procurement to compile supporting information
• Maintain proposal documentation and ensure content is customer-aligned
• Contribute to internal review processes and support continuous improvement
• Gain product knowledge by participating in site visits or pilot trials
