Job summary

CPM Acquisition Corp. seeks a Project Manager III to oversee a portfolio of industrial machinery contracts, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, chair meetings, and produce contract documentation from order through site install and close-out.

The role requires strong negotiation, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including regulatory considerations and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of concurrent high-value contract management experience for industrial machinery.
• Experience liaising with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Proven track record delivering on-time and on-budget.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience in change order creation, management and cost tracking.
• Familiarity with CE/ATEX regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract portfolio management across the full lifecycle from sales order to site install/commissioning and close-out.
• Chair progress meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering and procurement to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Prepare and maintain contract documentation and reports for management.
• Manage multiple high-value contracts and provide regular feedback and continuous improvement.
• Support remote international collaboration and site activities as needed.
