Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to join their pre-construction and work-winning team in Swindon. You will assist with formatting and organising bids, proposals and tenders for projects up to £30M across education, leisure and healthcare sectors in the southwest.

In this role you will manage client bidding portals, coordinate branding to align with company standards, and help gather information for submissions and case studies to support winning proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals and bid submissions.
• Familiar with procurement portals, InDesign, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Proposals Coordinator

At Fawkes & Reece we are assisting a Tier 2 Contractor with their search for a Proposals Coordinator to join their pre-construction and work winning team. Assisting with the formatting and organisation of bids, proposals and tenders.

About the role of Proposals Coordinator

As Proposals Coordinator you will support this Tier 2 contractor with their bids, tenders and proposals submissions on projects up to £30M across the education, leisure & health care sector across the southwest.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct in-depth research whilst working to tight deadlines
