Zusammenfassung

Johns&Co is seeking a Property Visits Coordinator to ensure every property in our portfolio receives its required visit at least every six months. You will own the visit schedule at VOX Studios, source additional suppliers to cover gaps, and keep clients informed when a visit cannot be met.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in property management, coordination, or a client-facing operations role.
• Highly organised with ability to manage a rolling schedule across a large portfolio.
• Clear communication with clients and tenants, including sensitive issues.
• Ability to build new processes from scratch and improve them over time.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the visit schedule in full, sourcing extra suppliers where gaps appear.
• Keep clients informed if a visit cannot be met.
• Develop a self-service reporting route for tenants who cannot provide access.
• Improve coordination with Property Management and Lettings teams and flag tenancy issues early.
• Establish a clear escalation process for tenants who repeatedly fail to provide access.
