Qualifications

• Previous work experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Car owner with a full clean licence.
• Regular availability to work weekends if required.
• Basic IT skills and comfort with office software.

Responsibilities

• Show prospective buyers around properties in Newbury.
• Provide comprehensive and detailed feedback to the office.
• Identify client needs and generate further viewings and referrals.
• Communicate with the office to ensure smooth viewing processes.
• Attend mandatory training and occasionally cover Saturdays.
