Job summary

Spicerhaart is seeking a Property Valuer in Lincoln to join haart Estate Agents. You’ll develop relationships with vendors, generate new instructions, and market properties to buyers while building your pipeline.

The role offers OTE £45,000 with uncapped commission, a company car and six months of financial support. You will receive fully funded training opportunities, career progression, and access to our Elevate incentive program.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and legal right to work in the UK.
• Estate Agent experience with readiness to progress to the next step.
• Strong teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Gaining new instructions for properties to market
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• Completing contracts on properties
• Upselling additional products
• Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
