Job summary

Spicerhaart Group Ltd. is seeking a driven Property Valuer for haart Estate Agents in Colchester. This pivotal role focuses on growing market share, building strong client relationships, and securing new instructions in the local market.

You’ll benefit from an uncapped commission scheme, a start-up salary to support your pipeline, and ongoing support through our Bonus Builder programme, plus a company car and funded training to achieve Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Experience as an Estate Agent or Valuer
• Ability to work in a team and lead where needed
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
• Generate new and repeat business
• Acquire new instructions for properties to market
• Market properties to buyers with effective marketing
• Prepare contracts and manage property transactions
• Upsell additional products and services
• Create brochures with photos and descriptions
• Canvass the local area and engage in prospecting
