The role demands a results-driven approach and exceptional customer service. The position offers on-target earnings around £45,000 per year, an initial salary payment to build your pipeline, followed by Bonus Builder support, uncapped

• Develop and maintain relationships with sellers to win instructions.
• Generate new and repeat business through proactive canvassing.

• Ensure contracts are completed and properties meet standards.
• Upsell additional products to clients.
• Support team by assisting the manager and leading where appropriate.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
