Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Transactional Case Manager in the UK to support the Legal & Compliance team by advancing property transactions from instruction to completion. You will work closely with Transactional Property Counsel and coordinate with internal estates teams and external solicitors to ensure timely progress.

The role focuses on managing process steps, maintaining records, and reporting on milestones, pipeline volumes and completion rates across the Estates programme.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a newly qualified solicitor, paralegal, case handler or legal administrator within a commercial property or transactional environment.
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads or workflow-driven activity.
• Familiarity with legal documentation process.

Responsibilities

• Progress a high volume of transactions through lifecycle stages: instruction validation, information gathering, progress chasing, completion coordination.
• Track transactions against milestones and drive progress; identify blockers or risks.
