Job summary

Round Pegs Recruitment is seeking a Tenancy Progressor / Property Manager for a busy lettings team in Potters Bar, EN6. You will oversee the tenancy process from references to move-in and through to tenancy changes and move-outs, while supporting landlords and tenants.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple properties with CRM and management software.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and time management skills required.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Desirable ARLA Propertymark qualification and knowledge of lettings legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the tenancy process from offer to move-in and through to end of tenancy.
• Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and supporting docs.
• Coordinate referencing, Right to Rent checks, deposits and move-in appointments.
• Maintain accurate property records and update CRM systems.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with lettings legislation and safety certificates.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve queries.
