Job summary

ProFind Property Recruitment in Wimbledon is seeking an experienced tenancy progression leader to take full ownership of the department and drive performance across the team. The role focuses on end-to-end progression from offer through move-in, with emphasis on process building and escalation handling.

You will oversee renewals, rent negotiations, and licensing compliance while coordinating with lettings and property management teams.

Qualifications

• Solid background in lettings and tenancy progression.
• Experience leading or mentoring others.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation including Renters Rights Act 2026.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the tenancy progression team, including workload allocation, training and performance management.
• Own end-to-end tenancy progression process from offer to move in.
• Oversee renewals, rent negotiation and invoicing.
• Manage rent guarantee/insurance across portfolio.
• Oversee licensing compliance for compliant stock (selective/additional/HMO).
• Act as senior escalation point for complex tenancies and disputes.
• Collaborate with lettings and property management teams and provide cover when needed.
• Report on team performance, pipeline and compliance to senior management.
• Keep team up-to-date with Renters Rights Act 2026 and legislative changes.
