Wolverhampton Homes Ltd is seeking a motivated Property Supervisor - Planned Repairs to lead external contractor work across our housing stock. You’ll supervise planned repairs, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality, while delivering value for residents and the organisation.

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Supervisor - Planned Repairs to join our Property Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality planned maintenance and improvement works across our housing stock, ensuring residents receive excellent services and value for money.
If you're an experienced housing, construction, maintenance or contractor management professional who enjoys building strong relationships, holding suppliers to account and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
You will take a lead role in managing planned repairs and improvement works delivered by external contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
