Wolverhampton Homes in Wolverhampton is seeking a motivated Property Supervisor - Planned Repairs to join our Property Services team. You will help deliver high-quality planned maintenance across our housing stock, ensuring residents receive excellent services and value for money.
Responsibilities include monitoring contractor performance, inspecting works, resolving resident concerns, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining health, safety and regulatory compliance.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Attend site and meetings outside normal working hours to meet service needs, as required), We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Supervisor - Planned Repairs to join our Property Services team. Do you have experience working within housing, construction, property maintenance or a similar environment?
Experience of working within social housing, planned maintenance or contractor management environments would be advantageous.
