Eastlight Community Homes is seeking a Property Standards Manager to lead our approach to property standards, ensuring compliance with the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, Awaab's Law, HHSRS, and wider landlord health and safety duties.

As Property Standards Manager, you will be responsible for leading our approach to property standards, ensuring compliance with the Social Housing (Regulation) Act 2023, Awaab's Law, the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and wider landlord health and safety responsibilities.
You will act as the organisation's subject matter expert, providing technical leadership, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring we meet all legal and regulatory obligations while enhancing resident safety, asset performance, and service quality.
The role includes direct line management responsibility for the Healthy Homes Manager and Senior Estate Ranger, supporting the development of high-performing teams that place customers at the heart of everything they do.
