Job summary

Eastlight Community Homes is seeking a Strategic Asset Manager to lead the development of the asset management strategy, systems and investment programmes on a permanent, full-time basis. The role focuses on robust asset data, regulatory compliance, and effective business planning to support sustainable homes and communities.

The role involves driving performance through data analysis, managing systems (Keystone, ASAP, GIS), and presenting insights to senior leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in social housing asset management and business planning.
  • Knowledge of asset databases, investment planning, and portfolio performance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and produce strategic reports.
  • Understanding of financial planning, risk management, and property performance modelling.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, property-related qualification desirable.

The Role

We're looking for a Strategic Asset Manager to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, to lead the development of our asset management strategy, systems, and investment programmes. This is a key role responsible for ensuring our asset data is robust, reliable, and fit for purpose, enabling effective business planning and helping us meet regulatory and legislative requirements.

  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
