Eastlight Community Homes is seeking an Assistant Asset Manager (Sustainability) to lead carbon retrofit and sustainability work across its housing portfolio. This permanent, full-time role involves developing business cases, managing projects, and ensuring energy efficiency standards while engaging residents and partners.

Salary: £51,607 per annum + £2,200 car allowance

Are you passionate about sustainability and creating greener homes for the future? We're looking for an Assistant Asset Manager (Sustainability) to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, to help drive Eastlight's journey towards EPC C by 2030 and Net Carbon Zero by 2050.
Working within our Asset Management team, you'll play a key role in delivering carbon retrofit and sustainability programmes across our housing portfolio. From developing business cases and managing projects to engaging residents and partners, you'll help ensure our homes remain safe, energy-efficient, and fit for the future.
You’ll oversee energy efficiency projects, ensure PAS 2035 compliance, manage contracts and budgets, and use data and insight to develop innovative solutions that reduce carbon emissions and improve asset performance.
