Our client is a respected leader in their field seeking an experienced Property Services Manager responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused property management services. The role involves working closely with other teams, engaging residents, and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective, high-quality customer service to residents, including repairs, maintenance, voids, communal areas, defects, and resident involvement.
• Maintain property compliance and legislation standards, manage disrepair and complaints.
• Work with internal and external agencies, promoting equality, inclusion, and diversity.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least five years of property management experience within social housing, local authority, or similar.
• Minimum three years managing staff.
• Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, asset compliance, and legal frameworks.
