Sovereign Network Group seeks a Maintenance Manager for the Greenham, Thatcham Hub to oversee a team of trades and contractors delivering responsive repairs and property maintenance. You will drive safe, high-quality outcomes while managing local assets and customer needs.

The role requires leadership, budget awareness, and strong health and safety knowledge. A DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate, with opportunities in a growing Berkshire locality.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a direct labour workforce for maintenance services.
• Ability to plan and forecast budgets and expenditure.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and CDM requirements.
• Proficient use of MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~12 trades operatives and external contractors.
• Deliver responsive repairs and property maintenance to residents.
• Maintain accurate data in property systems.
• Model clear expectations and support performance with feedback.
