Job summary

Chestertons is seeking an outgoing Senior Property Services Consultant to join the Property Services team at our Euston Head Office. You’ll generate new business by converting inbound enquiries and leads into Market Appraisals and opportunities for Sales and Lettings teams.

This role suits someone aiming to build a long-term career in estate agency, especially if you prefer a non-front-office path. You’ll work across multiple channels to drive revenue and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident communicator able to engage customers over the phone.
• Motivated and target-driven with ability to meet activity/conversion targets.
• Willing to thrive in a high-volume property environment and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by converting inbound enquiries and cold leads.
• Carry out high-volume outbound calling and multichannel outreach across phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp.
• Identify opportunities and engage with prospective clients to understand property requirements.
• Book Market Appraisals and hand over to the Front Office team.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to maximise future opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and record all activity.
