Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Northwich contact centre. You will be the voice of RMG, building rapport with customers and guiding them on property and account queries. We offer a 24/7 operation with a 4-week rotating shift pattern and a comprehensive induction, coaching, and career development.

Qualifications

First class customer service skills, where providing a great service just comes naturally to you!
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately and the confidence to ask if unsure
Good organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines

Responsibilities

You will be responding to inbound customer contacts/queries (via phone, email, WhatsApp or online chat) providing advice, guidance and services/solutions to meet customer needs.
You will also ensure all transactions with customers are accurately recorded on our industry leading system (Salesforce) and process all documentation resulting from customer contacts ensuring information is passed to colleagues to action.
You will regularly support other areas of the business with various projects.
