Job summary

ACCENT housing in Peterborough is hiring a Property Sales Progressor to work with Sales Advisors and coordinate across new-build, resale and shared ownership homes. You’ll guide customers, solicitors and stakeholders from reservation through to exchange, delivering a smooth pathway to homeownership.

The role is permanent, 35 hours per week, hybrid working, with a salary of £30,152 per annum. A proactive, customer‑focused mindset and knowledge of conveyancing will help you hit targets and grow

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales environment within the housing or property sector.
• You take initiative, reaching out to customers by phone to resolve queries, build trust, and deliver excellent service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experience in maintaining accurate database records.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the conveyancing process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, solicitors and stakeholders to keep transactions on track from reservation to exchange.
• Work closely with Sales Advisors to ensure smooth, efficient transactions across new-build, resale, and shared ownership homes.
• Assist in meeting targets and delivering a seamless customer experience.
