Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Property Sales Officer to join our dynamic Property Sales team in the UK. You will deliver a full sales administration service for the Property Sales function, ensuring an excellent experience for all customers and stakeholders.

Knowledge of statutory sales to tenant options, lease extensions and resale processes is desirable. You will liaise with buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams while managing multiple priorities with a professional telephone

Qualifications

• Experience in property sales is preferred; a university graduate in the legal sector is advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full sales administration service for the Property Sales function and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Manage all sales and resales in line with legislative requirements and internal SLAs.
• Liaise with customers, proposed buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal business areas.
• Reflect individual customer needs and maintain professional customer service standards.
