This permanent, full-time role requires proven experience in residential estate agency, the ability to manage multiple cases, and effective liaison with solicitors, buyers and sellers to keep chains moving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Sales Progressor role within a residential high street estate agency.
• Experience managing multiple sales cases simultaneously.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Managing property sales from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion.
• Progressing a portfolio of transactions and updating stakeholders.
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and agents to move chains forward.
