The successful candidate will progress property sales from offer through to completion, coordinating with buyers, sellers and professionals while delivering high-quality admin support and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or property sales is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.
• Excellent telephone manner and written/verbal communication.
• Confident dealing with clients, solicitors and professionals.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Progress property sales from offers to exchange and completion.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and others.
• Provide general office administration and handle incoming calls.
• Maintain records and update internal systems.
• Support wider property team with sales, lettings and admin.
