Job summary

Connells Group is hiring a Sales Negotiator in the United Kingdom to deliver exceptional customer service while driving business results. You will generate valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.

The role requires a drive for results, strong communication, and IT literacy, with an opportunity to progress within a high-performance environment and an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree on sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor whenever possible.
