Job summary

Linley and Simpson is seeking a Property Relationship Manager in Pudsey. This full-time, permanent role will own a portfolio of properties, establish strong landlord and tenant relationships, and ensure properties are well maintained.

You will coordinate inspections and tenancy matters, including deposits, while delivering excellent customer service. The position offers a competitive salary of £26,000 to £28,000 and an supportive environment that values growth, inclusion, and development

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey. The salary is between £26,000 and £28,000.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors, to ensure positive customer experience.
• Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes

We're looking for someone who has the following:

• Experience in Property Management or Lettings
• Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations
• Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated, team-focused approach
