John Shepherd in Nottingham is recruiting for a Property Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This full-time, permanent role is based in Nottingham with standard Mon-Fri hours and an OTE up to £30k per year.

You will manage up to 250 properties and upsell lettings and management services. The role emphasizes client-facing excellence, inter-personal communication, and a proactive approach to portfolio growth and service delivery.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aProperty Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Nottingham. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with on-target earnings varying up to £30kper annum.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
• Understanding and upselling of John Shepherd Lettings & Property Management services including ancillary and peripheral products.
• Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
• Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
• Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
