Job summary

eNL Legal is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to support its Commercial and Residential Property teams in Hampshire. This strategic role suits an experienced Property lawyer moving from fee-earning into knowledge leadership, with responsibility for precedents, guidance and training.

You will monitor legislative developments, lead on induction and contribute to client briefings and pitches. Hybrid working is available, with a competitive salary and a bespoke bonus scheme.

Qualifications

6+ years’ PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property.
Experience as PSL or strong fee-earning background preferred.
Leads on training and development across Property teams.
Develops precedents, templates and legal guidance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain precedents, templates and legal guidance.
Lead training and development across Property teams and trainee induction.
Provide updates on legislative changes including leasehold reform and Stamp Duty Land Tax.
Support legal technology adoption, document automation and workflow improvements.
Contribute to client briefings, pitches and thought leadership.
