Executive Network Legal Limited in Manchester is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to move into a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) role. With 5+ PQE you will support Partners and fee earners, applying deep real estate knowledge to guide practice across the team.

You will monitor regulatory developments, develop and maintain precedents, and contribute to internal training, helping the department share best practice while keeping client service at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial real estate.
• Excellent research and communication skills; detail-oriented; enjoy sharing knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support and guidance to Partners and fee earners across the Commercial Property team.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess their practical impact.
• Develop and maintain precedents, know-how and technical resources.
• Prepare legal updates and contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Provide guidance on complex Commercial Property matters and promote best practice across the department.
• Identify areas where further technical support or training would benefit the team.
