Job summary

eNL is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer (PSL role) in Manchester. You will provide technical support to Partners and fee earners, staying ahead of regulatory changes and developing precedents. The role focuses on sharing knowledge, improving resources, and delivering updates to the team.

Candidates should have 5+ PQE with a strong grasp of commercial real estate and enjoy mentoring colleagues. Applications from established PSLs or experienced fee earners seeking a PSL path are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Property law.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial real estate.
• Excellent research and communication skills.
• Open to PSLs or experienced fee earners moving into PSL role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to Partners and fee earners across the Commercial Property team.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact.
• Develop and maintain precedents, know-how and resources.
• Prepare legal updates and contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance on complex Commercial Property matters and promote best practice across the department.
• Identify areas where further technical support or training would benefit the team.
