Greene King Corporate - Bra_001 is seeking a Project Manager to lead development and refurbishment projects across our pub estate. You’ll drive on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding brand standards to create exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong planning, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to deliver results under pressure. Experience in hospitality or property development and professional qualifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-site projects within hospitality, leisure or property development environments.
• Strong planning, organisation and project implementation skills.
• Ability to analyse problems, make decisions and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations.
• Knowledge of property, asset management and maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Ideally hold a professional qualification (RICS, CIOB, Engineering or similar).
• Strong interpersonal awareness, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and high standards.

• Ensure all projects comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence objectives across the estate.

As a Project Manager within our Property team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality development and refurbishment projects across our pub estate. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards, helping us create outstanding customer experiences while maximising value for the business.
