Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Sales Progressor in Blackburn to own property transactions from Heads of Terms to completion. You will coordinate with solicitors, agents and stakeholders to keep deals moving on schedule and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth progression to completion.

The role emphasises strong organisational skills, excellent communication and a proactive approach to managing multiple transactions within a busy team.

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial property.
• Proven experience progressing commercial property transactions.
• Strong understanding of the transaction process from Heads of Terms through to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines effectively.
• Professional working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage agreed property transactions from Heads of Terms through to offer and completion.
• Monitor and progress transactions to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Liaise with solicitors, agents and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction information.
• Provide regular updates to relevant parties throughout the process.
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently through to completion.
