CRA Consulting is recruiting a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a growing South Yorkshire law firm in Doncaster. You will support a varied caseload, take ownership of tasks, and benefit from a structured onboarding and clear career development paths.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or within residential conveyancing.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

• Strong communication and client care skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with a broad range of commercial property transactions
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
• Carrying out searches, enquiries and Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and legal work
