Job summary

Clear IT Recruitment Ltd is representing a client in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The role covers landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, sales and refinancing, with hybrid/remote working options.

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with at least 3 years PQE and a solid grasp of the statutory and regulatory framework affecting commercial property matters.

• Ideally 3 years PQE+.
• Understanding of statutory and regulatory framework.
• Extensive up-to-date knowledge of the property law area.
• Experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on commercial property matters.
• Maintaining personal caseload and time records.
• Accurate billing of clients and costs tracking.
• Maintaining running records of costs/disbursements.
• Assist in supervising and motivating junior staff.

My client is searching for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Doncaster, South Yorkshire offices. My client also has offices in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, Epworth, Gainsborough and Mexborough, that you can work from.

The Ideal candidate.

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner.
• Ideally 3 years PQE +
• An understanding of the statutory and regulatory framework within which the firm operates.
• Extensive, up to date knowledge and understanding of the given area of law concerned
• Extensive experience of working within given area of law.
• Prior experience of supervising and motivating a teamMain Duties
• Adequate knowledge and understanding of both residential and commercial property law and recent developments as applicable to work being carried out.
• Attendance on Clients in office, and via the telephone and through email communication.
• Ability to ensure compliance with client care procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and others in contact with the firm, maintaining a good image of the firm at all times.
• Ability to develop new business with commercial entities via networking et c
• Ability to work within a team on larger cases, especially if a case becomes litigious.Duties
