Job summary

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its Real Estate team. You will support one or more fee earners, assist with day-to-day management of commercial property matters, and help prepare and amend correspondence and documents.

You will interact with clients and third parties, assist with AML and client due diligence procedures, handle data input and records, and provide wider team support.

Qualifications

• Law degree or experience in commercial property.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills.
• Confident supporting one or multiple fee earners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communicating with clients, colleagues and third parties.
• Experience preparing and amending correspondence and documents.
• Ideally knowledge of AML and client due diligence procedures.
• Numerically confident and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to develop their career within commercial property.

Responsibilities
