CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established South Yorkshire law firm to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal in Doncaster. You'll support a busy commercial property team, take ownership of your caseload and benefit from a structured onboarding and ongoing training programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal or in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision.
• Carrying out searches, enquiries and Land Registry applications.
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties.
• Supporting fee earners with high-quality administrative and legal work.
• Maintaining excellent client service throughout each transaction.

Commercial Property Paralegal

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £26,000- £30,000
