Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a diverse residential portfolio and help drive the firm’s ambitious growth in a well-established, friendly company. The role is based in Surrey with regular office presence and site visits.

You will work with a supportive team and a senior general manager, while leveraging an in-house surveying team for major works and client relationships. Progression through probation is offered along with development support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential property portfolios.
• ATPI /MTPI qualified - we'll also consider experienced candidates who are keen to gain qualifications, and support will be offered for this
• Confident communicator, able to handle challenging conversations with tact and professionalism.
• Proactive, and able to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
• Flexibility to play your part as a member of a supportive and close-knit team
• Full driving license to enable you to visit your portfolio for property inspections

Please Note:

This is a full-time role (Surrey) requiring at least 3 days per week in the office and regular visits to properties in your portfolio for routine inspections.
