Job summary

Michael Page has partnered with a reputable Legal Business in Leeds to recruit a Property Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. No experience required and graduates or candidates from hospitality and retail backgrounds will be considered.

You will support clients with their home moves, assist during the transaction, handle calls and a range of enquiries, and work closely with estate agents and other team members to ensure a smooth process. Hybrid working is available.

Responsibilities

• As a Property Customer Service Advisor you will be supporting clients with their home move providing assistance during the transaction and helping with early stage cases.
• You will be corresponding with the client and estate agent working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless process.
• The role will be handling calls dealing with a range of enquiries and administrative duties for the department.
