Job summary

Morgan Associates in Cheltenham is seeking a Property Manager to join the lettings team. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, coordinating maintenance and tenancy matters with landlords and tenants.

This varied role requires proactive communication, strong organisation and a calm, professional approach to problem solving. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver excellent service and compliant properties.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
Arranging and overseeing maintenance and repairs.
Liaising with contractors and following works through to completion.
Conducting and reviewing property inspections.
Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation and safety requirements.
Managing tenancy issues professionally and efficiently.
Liaising closely with the wider lettings and accounts teams.
Providing landlords and tenants with a high standard of customer service.
Keeping accurate property and tenancy records.
