Morgan Associates is seeking a proactive Property Manager to join its lettings team. You will manage residential properties for landlords, coordinate maintenance, and handle tenancy matters while ensuring compliance with current legislation and safety standards.

In this role you will be the main contact for landlords and tenants, building strong relationships and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. A busy, varied workload requires ownership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential properties on behalf of landlords
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Arranging and overseeing maintenance and repairs
• Liaising with contractors and following works through to completion
• Ensuring properties comply with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
• Managing tenancy issues professionally and efficiently
• Liaising closely with the wider lettings and accounts teams
• Providing landlords and tenants with a high standard of customer service
• Keeping accurate property and tenancy records
