Job summary

Gateway Group Services Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager for our prestigious Mayfair, London office.

You will oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and work closely with a skilled team to deliver outstanding client service. The ideal candidate has at least three years’ experience in property management, holds a full, clean driving license for regular travel, and possesses an ATPI or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in property management.
• Full, clean driving license for regular travel.
• ATPI or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Proactively managing a diverse portfolio of apartment blocks.
• Organising and attending client and resident meetings, including AGMs and Directors’ meetings.
• Managing budgets and service charge collection; financial reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and lease requirements.
