Job summary

Gateway Group Services Ltd in Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Property Manager to join our regional office. You will collaborate with a skilled team to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and estates and deliver outstanding client service.

The ideal candidate has at least three years' property management experience, holds an ATPI or equivalent qualification, and possesses a full, clean driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in property management.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• ATPI or equivalent qualification (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates.
• Provide expert guidance to clients and residents.
• Organise and attend client and resident meetings (AGMs and Directors’ meetings).
• Coordinate with contractors to oversee repairs and compliance works.
• Prepare and manage budgets and service charge reporting.
• Ensure health, safety, lease and policy compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders.
