Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or lettings (2+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the UK lettings process.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

• Good IT skills and experience with property management systems.
• Proactive and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy start to end.
• Be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors.
• Arrange and conduct property inspections.
• Review check-in and check-out reports and follow up.
• Monitor compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs and EPCs.
• Keep landlords informed of property matters and maintenance recommendations.
• Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and tenancy issues.
• Process property administration and maintain accurate records.
• Manage contractor performance and ensure high-quality works.
