Qualifications

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by understanding how operational decisions affect financial results.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess staff performance.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and other media.
• Engage in promotional/social/content marketing activities.
